The first Christmas Tree Festival, held at Ottery St Mary Parish Church on Wednesday 23rd to Sunday 27th November, was an absolute delight and provided an early Christmas treat for its many visitors. Organised by The Friends of Ottery Parish Church, the Festival attracted 32 entries from a variety of organisations, groups and businesses. The church proved to be the perfect setting to show off the creative talent of the entries like the ones shown here. Let’s hope the The Christmas Tree Festival continues as an annual Ottery tradition. It will enrich the town’s calendar of colourful events.
